Official solution button bug and improvement

The "Official Solution" button can't be used to open the solution in a new tab. Neither right click -> open new in a new tab nor middle mouse wheel click works (tested on Microsoft Edge Version 91.0.864.71 (Official build) (64-bit)).

Besides this I would prefer if this button where to open the solution in a new tab per default.
