Solution counter counts hidden cuts

The exam in the image only has 19 questions, all of which have at least one solution. The counter says 19/23 because it counts hidden cuts too as they in this case don't have an answer.

I don't think they should be counted as often they are for segments that don't even have a question (i.e. big spaces) and like the name suggest they are hidden anyway.
