Related subjects link: make more clear

On the page Introduction to Machine learning, there is a remark that "Older exams can be found on the exam page of Learning and Intelligent Systems".

IMO this note is very small and is very easily overlooked.

I would make the link more visible, for example an information batch with a blue background color.
