[vseth-components] Endorsing answers does not work

Endorsing an answer does not work. Instead, it flags the answer as inappropriate...

Furthermore, I would prefer it if endorsing an answer was not hidden in the menu but instead was also in the title bar like the normal upvotes. If I was an expert and would go through the exam to endorse all correct answers, I think I would find this additional click for each answer quite annoying.
