[vseth-components] Moving cuts is confusing

In the pop-out menu there is an entry for 'move cut'. For a very long time I could not figure out how to activate this edit mode until I noticed the corresponding entry in an answersection menu. Maybe only show this entry if it is active? Or at least add some information on how to enable it (e.g. in a tooltip).
