Guest user creation: warning in case there exist other users with the same e-mail address

In case an guest user with the same e-mail address already exists the "iam guest new ..." command should issue a warning that also shows the lookup result for "iam person ".

A --force should be required to enforce a second guest users with the same e-mail address.
