Bug in covariance matrix

The wall-normal components of the covariance matrix \rho_{xz} was set to zero instead of -0.45 (Pope, 2000). Instead the spanwise component \rho_{xy} was set to -0.45, but should take a value of zero in statistical 2D flow.
