BASEmesh 2 release candidate 2
This version introduces a number of performance improvements regarding mesh I/O, as well as a few long-standing bug fixes.
This plugin is still not available via the QGIS repository, but a ZIP file installation option has been provided for Windows users. Download the following file and use the 'Install via ZIP...' option in QGIS:
Features and improvements
- Lower memory hit when reading or writing mesh files
- Better formatting of output files
- Additional status messages introduced for long running operations
Bug fixes
- Re-saving mesh nodes as part of the interpolation step will no longer garble the IDs associated with node strings
- The MeshTool example documents have been updated to use the new node syntax
