Replaced the single file vs. multiple files export options with elevation data source selection. This means that "basement 3 only" export now won't interpolate mesh nodes, which effectively halves the interpolation time. The default has been changed to include both elevation sources for the time being - this might be changed again once element elevations can be visualised.
