The idea is to

• synchronize BASEMENT-MESH and BASEmesh 1.x
• simplify functionality of BASEMesh
• speed up mesh-shp conversion
• enhanced elevation interpolation
• new views to incorporate all changes and facilitate both mesh generation for BMv2.x and BMv3.x
