- add yum-cron section for automatic upates to setup.yum. (RHEL7 only)

- make check if /dev/sda is thin provisionend obligatory (tag with always)
- add some more tags
- add name: to some section to make output more explicit
- add RHEL8 and RHEL7 to those task names, which depend on the os version
