(New) Add algebra-notes.pdf, updated README how to compile algebra-notes.pdf and added newpage called in the individual lectures, to ensure they begin on a new page when compiled together (not individually).

Having the same latex headers in the markdown files allows them to be
complied together in one go with

$ pandoc source/*md -o algebra-notes.pdf

Otherwise pandoc will throw errors.
