Feature: Implement servo steering

To be able to deploy the parachute, the deployment servos need to be actuated. The following tasks have to be fulfilled until this feature is fully implemented:

  • Write HAL function for the servos and include in FSM transition
  • Add the code for the real servo to the repository.
