atomistic flag assignment to repaired elements

The atomistic flags aren't correctly assigned to repaired elements. We need to follow the following 2 rules:

  1. If all the elements participating in a repair are atomistic, all the newly formed elements need to be marked as atomistic.
  2. If the lattice volume of a repaired element is 1, it needs to be marked as atomistic.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
