add concentration update workflow

Add a function to update the impurity concentrations at each repatom according to a basic mass transport law.

• Update concentrations with some empirical law
• Do a concentration update simulation with some given noof time steps
• Add an NEB based concentration update law
• Extend to multiple processors
• Add tests
