IsGroupTypeTrait not found if plugin in different namespace

Plugins need not be in the ae108::assembly namespace. However, the DEFINE_ASSEMBLER_METHOD_BASE macro expands to an unqualified usage of IsGroupTypeTrait, which is not found in this case.
