Add bar element (2D, 3D)

Since, the existing element (Seg2 shape functions) can only be used in 1D, a new bar element for 2D and 3D would be useful (see e.g. Computational Mechanics I, 11.1).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
