Add `DynamicSolver::computeSolution` overload that takes global assembly functions

Currently the DynamicSolver class does not support customising the way that the global stiffness matrix and/or the global force vector is assembled.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
