We exchanged scipy.integrate.quad with vegas integration

finished work on binaries and reproduced the Tamanini plot by decreasing epsabs to 1.49e-3 (3..4 h per data point on Laptop)
added sckycover to see where we expect most binary systems in the milky way
started work on ig_binary to look for exoplanets via icegiantmission

Better integration algorithm + different sizes of the Fisher matrix + comparison of these sizes in the txt
