as of now only 0.x.y where y will be mostly 0 unless a subrelease .y should be made
because of a bug found in the 0.x branch

ensight7-write.hpp to lifefilters and renamed it
ensight7Writer.hpp. fixed compilation for MP solvers ;)

darcySolver is far from being ready for life/lifesolver

and already changes are pouring in thx to CW

make distcheck runs completely without failure with "--enable-opt"

However masstransport fails without --enable-opt. We need to investigate
this. perhaps Martin can help. It is very suspicious that depending
on compiling options the code crashes (seg fault)

wait for the build tonight to see if everything is ok

* use standard naming conventions for tests executables (following directory name)
