      Merging lifev-parallel into head. · 2c7bee0c
      simone authored
      notes:
      * from now on you will need trilinos instead of aztecoo
      * the testsuite is now broken.
      * the only solvers that works for now are Oseen, VenantKirchoff and fsi.
      * the Handler classes are now obsolete. They are superseeded by FESpace
      * the postprocess should come out of the solvers and the default filter
        is ensight. I suggest to install paraview 3.x

      next steps:
      * import trilinos in cmcsforge
      * clean-up the testsuite
      * insert mpirun in tests executions
      * install trilinos on cmcsforge

      Let lifev-dev know of any problem, please

      reindented all the libraries with the following rules · dbb31480
      prudhomm authored
       * indent only with spaces(no tabs) : 4 spaces
       * ansi C/C++ format
       * break bracket from preblock (ie { on newline)
       * spaces around operators and parenthesis

      now the code should way easier to read !
      it could be that some places got uglier but overall it should
      be much better

      * commented out "using namespace" directives in 12 header files · 0e8cb9af
      winkelma authored
      * added "std::" and "__gnu_cxx::" where needed in headers in life/
      * added "using namespace std" where needed in source files in life/
        and in all files in testsuite/
      * if this causes any problems, you should try one of these solutions:
        1) add "std::" or "__gnu_cxx::" where needed
        2) add "using namespace <whatever>;" in a source file or in testsuite
        3) uncomment the commented using directives, which may be found like this:
           grep "//using namespace" -r *
        prefer 1) over 2) and 2) over 3). Avoid 3). Really
        if you choose solution 3), do NOT check it in!

      namespace LifeV is alive ! · 8a6ba334
      prudhomm authored
      everything has been embedded in this namespace. It took me some while to do that
      I would appreciate if people do that automatically for new code/files

      I tried also to cleanup a bit:

      - using namespace std; : I tried to get rid of it but I stopped after lifecore
                               too much work to do for now
      - minor fixes here and there
