it comes from bug fixes and improvements that I
made to version lifev-0.4.1.tar.bz2 (not CVS)
cause I had not CVS access when I began.
so this version doesn't include all your changes made between
0.4.1 and the last one.
Anyway this includes support for reading netgen meshed and writing
netgen solutions, a test_netgen in testsuite and many bug fixes.
I hope it's all ok, becouse I simply copyed over a checkedout version
my files recursively. If you have problems compiling you could try
autoconf at the beginning. Bye

* added Cloning factory aka abstract factory
  it will be used in the boundary conditions classes
* testsuite/lifecore/test_factory.cpp has a test for clone factories
  now
* test_factory is now enabled

this is the first COMMIT that makes boost:: a requirement !

factories rely on boost::function<> for functors.

ensight7-write.hpp to lifefilters and renamed it
ensight7Writer.hpp. fixed compilation for MP solvers ;)

darcySolver is far from being ready for life/lifesolver

and already changes are pouring in thx to CW

make distcheck runs completely without failure with "--enable-opt"

However masstransport fails without --enable-opt. We need to investigate
this. perhaps Martin can help. It is very suspicious that depending
on compiling options the code crashes (seg fault)

wait for the build tonight to see if everything is ok
