If you need files that have been tagged OBSOLETE, do
cvs up -r OBSOLETE filename
and work with it. You'll probably need to modify Makefile.am
in the same directory and maybe also run tools/update-headers from the base directory

Slight modification to Gwenol's code: introducing a method to compute the normals to a surface without constructing the whole BCNormalmanager

Added a method to get the value of the lagrange multiplier associated with a flow rate imposed on a boundary identified by a flag.

The LM can be used to get the correct value of the normal stress: (sigma dot n) dot n

Fixing the problem of the hdf5 inclusion: since hdf5 is NOT installed on the forge, the compilation crashed every night

We add the possibility to impose a Natural boundary condition of type  bcfunction  with the  flag Component.

Adding preconditionerCreated() method to verify if the preconditioner has been created. This is necessary for AztecOO preconditioner that is not an Epetra_Operator.

Hi, we have committed the test for the prescription of the aortic flow rate at the inlet of a domain.

- interpolation of the FE functions is now also possible with vectorial FE
- fast interpolation between P1, P1Bubble and P2 spaces has also been added
- documentation is provided for these functions

I tested it in parallel with vectorial FE and it seems to work properly. Please, report any buggy behaviour.

Changes in the other files are only to change from direct access to use of the accessors (same names, but with () )

It adds a documentation for the imposition of the boundary conditions that can be found in doxygen under "related pages". Pictures will be provided in the next commit (in a few minutes).

Changing also an accessor for the dofPattern, this will be also commited in a few minutes.
