Ok it is trivial but the other macros will move also soon to the LIFEV_
namespace

about to use LifeV macros but has to add LIFEV_

Modifications on the BC vector: now one can chose, through a flag added to the constructore of BC_Handler, to integrate the values passed on the BC vector

* check for number of provide initial states the right way

* adapted outdated comment
