Adding features in the FESpace:

- interpolation of the FE functions is now also possible with vectorial FE
- fast interpolation between P1, P1Bubble and P2 spaces has also been added
- documentation is provided for these functions

I tested it in parallel with vectorial FE and it seems to work properly. Please, report any buggy behaviour.
