everything has been embedded in this namespace. It took me some while to do that
I would appreciate if people do that automatically for new code/files

I tried also to cleanup a bit:

- using namespace std; : I tried to get rid of it but I stopped after lifecore
                         too much work to do for now
- minor fixes here and there
- removed norm.{h,c}pp and replaced by lifealg/vectorNorms.hpp
- minor fixes in the testsuite
