Swiss Freight from GQGV

We need to generate a synthetic freight population for international registered freight vehicles based of the GQGV survey.

• Load raw data
• Clean data (as for GTE)
• Generate OD matrices
• Select nearest border coordinates international NUTS
• Select enterprise coordinates for Swiss NUTS from STATENT
• Assign random start times for trips
• Set person ids for each agent
• Merge with GTE agents
• Add agents to population.xml
