Revisit and test EPI encoding and reconstruction

Short description of expected behaviour:
For a non-moving object, the phase of the EPI encoding combined with cartesion iFFT reconstruction shoul yield a flat phase.

Problem
Currently the phase is not flat which either relates to https://gitlab.ethz.ch/ibt-cmr/cmr-global/-/issues/17 or a wrong order of fft-shift operations
