Add off resonance module for analytical simulation

Short description of desired functionality: Add new modules contrast-module that evaluates the complex phase of an isochromat as \phi = \gamma \delta B_0 t . There are two possible module implementations

1. particle bears the property deltaB0
2. particle moves through a lookup field returning deltaB0

New definitions: 2 new Contrast modules, with required quanity deltaB0
