The input argument for offresonance in the BSSFP should be independent from TR

Currently the theta keyword argument for calling the cmrsim.analytic.sequences.BSSPF module requires scaling the offresonance with repetition time. As TR is a variable of the module it would only make sense to perform this multiplication within the module call.
