Implement dataset to handle regular grid phantoms

This dataset could be the interface to include phantoms define on a regular grid, which is a common feature of other simulation frameworks. This would also enable and group functionality (e.g. offresonance calculations or matching 3D coil-sensitivies) that require a 3D regular grid.
