Miehe Split Performance Improvement

The Miehe split is taking a lot of time due to the spectral decomposition. To speed it up, one idea is to only compute the eigenvalues if there is a significant damage (d>0). This is especially the case for the AT1 model, where most of the domain exhibits no damage but the eigenvalues are computed anyways although it is not used.
