Selective reduced integration

GRIPHFiTH still needs implementation of selective reduced integration. This is important when dealing with incompressible or nearly incompressible material. I (@fvicentini) currently have a rough implementation on a local branch of the public GRIPHFiTH on my machine, this may be used as starting point for a cleaned version if needed.
