Untracked files named `mexfilerequiredapiversion__genmod.f90` and
`mexfunction__genmod.f90` appeared in `Sources/+phase_field/+mex`
when running `phase_field_build` on macOS. So they seem to be
macOS-specific artifacts.

The femlab dependency has been dropped at 8774df54
