Event notifications

We could show notifications to the user, when the event registration opens. Surely this should be done only when the user agrees to do so.

There are two possibilities:

  • Notification API: Shows notifications when the website is open in the browser (foreground or background)
  • Push API: Shows notifications when the browser is running. (the AMIV website does not have to be opened, requires some kind of backend)

Opinions? @lic @scmoritz
