describe the issue here Hi Amiv I've tried to enter the "Studienunterlagen" area at the amiv homepage several times because I wanted to download some summaries but it didn't work. My username and nethz name is bueelefa. I've tried it on the old amiv website too and there my username and password worked.

What is the main menu point (top menu bar) where this issue occurs? Studienunterlagen > login Copy and Paste the url from the window where the issue occured https://amiv.ethz.ch/de/studydocuments Describe in your own words what steps you did before the issue occured I've tried to login and it didn't work.

Please add information on what browser and operating system you are using Mozilla firefox windows If possible, can you make a screenshot of the bug?

Please open the "developer tools" of your browser and copy and paste any printouts in the "console"
