Email signups are not displayed at all

Signups by email are not displayed at all on the event details page.

We should show all signups regardless of the confirmed state.

Currently, it does not even show confirmed and accepted email signups for some reason.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
