Infinite Scroll: Scrolling upwards causes re-rendering of page

Summary

When Scrolling up on an infinite scroll view, the site gets re-rendered once a new page is returned from the API.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Studydocs and scroll down sufficiently (at least as far that page 4 gets requested from the API). Scroll back up, once the page 1 gets requested from the API, the content of the infinity controller is re-rendered.

Additional Debug Information

Occurs on Firefox on Ubuntu 18.04.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
