Cannot add new user

Hi! Thanks for contributing to the admintools by reporting a new Bug! In order to fix the bug soon, please help us to figure out what causes the malfunction!

describe the issue here I wanted to create a new user for an external person, but the submitbutton doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce

I filled the sections: Lastname, Firstname, email, new password and membership. This should suffice to create a new user, because not all users have a LEGI or a nethz account.

What is the main menu point (left menu bar) where this issue occurs?

Please open the "developer tools" of your browser and copy and paste any printouts in the "console"
